Processing Time All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 2–5 business days. Each piece is inspected and packaged with the utmost care before shipment.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

- International Shipping – 10–21 business days varies by destination)
Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free standard shipping may be available on orders over a specified amount.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment every step of the way.
Signature Required For your security, all jewelry orders require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive your package.
International Orders & Customs International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. Vanessa Gem is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
